How to Redeem Your Jo Malone Gift Card

For Online Redemption in Australia:

1. Open the email containing your eGift Card and click on the "Retrieve your eGift Card" link to access the PDF version.
2. When you’re ready to check out at www.jomalone.com.au, select the option "I have a Gift Card."
3. Enter the 18-digit card number and PIN, both found on the PDF.
4. Click the "APPLY" button to apply the gift card balance and complete your payment.

For In-Store Redemption in Australia:

1. Open the eGift Card on your mobile and present it to the sales assistant, who will either scan the barcode or manually enter the details at the point of sale (POS).
2. Alternatively, download and print your eGift Card, then present the printed copy for redemption in-store.

For Online and In-Store Redemption in the UK:

Your Jo Malone Gift Card can be redeemed at www.jomalone.co.uk or at select Jo Malone boutiques across the UK (excluding department store counters, airports, and mail orders). To use:

1. At checkout online, enter your gift card details to apply the balance toward your purchase.
2. In-store, present your eGift Card to the sales assistant for scanning or manual entry at the POS.
