How Do I Redeem The AstroPay Card?

There are two methods for redeeming an AstroPay card. The first is to visit a website where you can sign in with your credentials and then enter the card details. The second is through the mobile application. The app is available for both Android and iOS devices. Simply click on the “Redeem Code” button and enter the code that was sent to you. Redeem the code by entering CITE_"code". Once the top up is complete, the money will appear in your account.

How Long Is The AstroPay Code Valid?

Each card will have its own expiry date. When you buy an AstroPay card, take note of the expiry date. This is stated in the format MM/YY - the first two numbers represent the month, followed by two numbers that represent the year.
