1. Issuer and Scope

Electra Retail Ltd. (Company Number 516387115), which operates the Mahsanei Hashmal chain stores (hereinafter referred to as "Electra" or "the Chain", as applicable), issues vouchers that allow their holders to receive a monetary benefit in the amount stated on the voucher when purchasing products at the Chain's stores, all as detailed in these terms and conditions.

2. Voucher

"Voucher" or "Vouchers" - Vouchers in various amounts that can be redeemed at any of the Chain's stores, which will entitle their holders to a monetary benefit in the amount stated on the voucher only for all products sold in the Chain, except for the restrictions detailed below, all or part of which, as will appear on the voucher. A restriction that does not appear on the voucher will not apply to that voucher (hereinafter referred to as "the Restrictions").

The restrictions are as follows:

Vouchers cannot be redeemed for the purchase of game consoles and APPLE-branded products.
The validity of the voucher is five (5) years from the date of its issue. After this date, the voucher will not be honored and will not be replaced.

The return policy for a product purchased with a voucher is as follows - the return of such a product will be possible no later than 14 days from the date of its purchase, provided that the product has not been damaged and has not been used, all subject to the conditions set forth in the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations, 5771-2010. The refund will be made by issuing a voucher for the appropriate amount. For the sake of clarity, the voucher that will be issued as stated in this section will be subject to the same restrictions that apply to the voucher according to these terms and conditions.

3. General

The voucher cannot be converted to cash or returned. In case of theft/loss/damage of the voucher, the voucher holder will not be compensated, and the theft of the voucher and/or loss of the voucher and/or damage to the voucher will be considered as a loss of cash.

In any case of contradiction and/or inconsistency between the provisions of these terms and conditions and any other publications regarding the voucher, including in the press, the provisions of these terms and conditions will prevail in all respects.

A voucher that, in Electra's sole discretion, was obtained fraudulently and/or is counterfeit and/or damaged in such a way that the details appearing on it cannot be read will not be honored.

Electra may at any time discontinue the distribution of the voucher or change the terms and conditions of the voucher in such a way that the change will apply to vouchers purchased after the date of the change.

These terms and conditions constitute a binding agreement between the purchaser of the voucher and/or the presenter of the voucher for redemption and Electra.

These terms and conditions will be available for inspection on the website of the chains and at the address 1 Yosef Sapir, Rishon LeZion.

These terms and conditions may be changed at the sole discretion of Electra, however, no change will worsen the conditions of the voucher holders who purchased the voucher before the change.

In case of a claim, the exclusive jurisdiction will be in the jurisdiction of the courts in the city of Tel Aviv-Yafo.
